You work directly with the founders every day. No layers, no handoffs, no waiting a quarter to be heard. Good ideas ship the week you have them.
Craft over process
We care how things are made. We would rather ship one sharp thing this week than plan five mediocre ones for next quarter. Measure, learn, repeat.
Remote-first, real equity
Work from wherever you do your best thinking, UK or Europe friendly. Pay is part cash and part equity, and the equity is real because the stage is real.

No CV gauntlet, and no spec work to get in the door. We start with a conversation and go from there.

We give you free access and the code BUILDWITHUS (sign up at lurio.ai), we pay you for your time, and whatever you make is yours to keep. It is optional too. If you would rather show us how you think another way, say so. This is about seeing how we work together, not a hoop to jump through.
