There is no script to inherit. The systems you build now become how Lurio sells, grows, and works for everyone who joins after you. High agency is not a nice-to-have here. It is the job.

Founder-led, fast feedback

You work directly with the founders every day. No layers, no handoffs, no waiting a quarter to be heard. Good ideas ship the week you have them.

Craft over process

We care how things are made. We would rather ship one sharp thing this week than plan five mediocre ones for next quarter. Measure, learn, repeat.

Remote-first, real equity

Work from wherever you do your best thinking, UK or Europe friendly. Pay is part cash and part equity, and the equity is real because the stage is real.

How we hire

No CV gauntlet, and no spec work to get in the door. We start with a conversation and go from there.

Step 1 · The application

Say hello

Email apply@lurio.ai with a couple of lines on why one of these roles caught your eye, or just ask for 15 minutes. That is the whole application. A short note or a quick call, nothing to prepare, no deck required.

Step 2 · Later, if it's a fit

Build something with us

If there is mutual interest, we will set a short, paid exercise: build a deck in Lurio for a real scenario, then walk us through it. We give you free access and the code BUILDWITHUS (sign up at lurio.ai), we pay you for your time, and whatever you make is yours to keep. It is optional too. If you would rather show us how you think another way, say so. This is about seeing how we work together, not a hoop to jump through.

Sales: Pitch yourself. Show us how you would sell Lurio, or simply sell us on you. Five to seven slides.

Growth: Pitch your first 90 days. What would you try, in what order, and how would you know if it worked?

Featured, only if you want. Make something you are proud of and we would love to showcase it, but only with your say-so. Your call, never a condition.
