Own how the world finds out Lurio exists, and turn that attention into signups that stick.
£55k–£80k base + equity
Why this role
Lurio is a product people love to show their friends. Right now far too few people have seen it. This role owns that gap: turning a product worth talking about into a steady stream of the right people discovering it and sticking around. You set the growth strategy and you run it.
What you'll actually do
Own acquisition and activation end to end: content, SEO, community, paid experiments, product-led loops, all of it.
Run fast. We believe in short validation cycles, not quarter-long campaigns nobody measures.
Build in public. Lurio is a product founders love to talk about, so give them reasons to.
Find the channels nobody else is working yet, and own them before they get crowded.
Who you are
You are a builder, not a brief-writer. You ship, measure, and kill your own ideas without ego.
You have grown something from small to less-small, and you can show the numbers.
You think in experiments and you are ruthless about what actually moves signups.
Bonus: a creative streak, and the instinct for making things people want to share.
What success looks like
A rough picture of your first chapter here, not a checklist.
You have found at least one acquisition channel that works and that you can repeat.
More of the people who sign up reach their first finished deck, and you can show the lift.
There is a content and community presence that compounds instead of resetting every month.
We can see, in the numbers, which experiments moved signups and why.
The honest bit
You will not have a big budget to hide behind. Early on, growth comes from craft and speed, not spend. That is the fun part if it is your kind of fun. You will work closely with the founders, including Joe, who owns growth strategy, so this is a build-alongside role, not a lone-wolf one.
Logistics
Remote-first, UK / Europe friendly
£55k to £80k base, plus meaningful equity

This is the important part
No CV gauntlet, and no spec work to get in the door. We start with a conversation and go from there.
Email apply@lurio.ai with a couple of lines on why this role caught your eye, or just ask for 15 minutes. That is the whole application. A short note or a quick call, nothing to prepare, no deck required.
If there is mutual interest, we will set a short, paid exercise: build a deck in Lurio for a real scenario, then walk us through it. We give you free access and the code BUILDWITHUS (sign up at lurio.ai), we pay you for your time, and whatever you make is yours to keep. It is optional too. If you would rather show us how you think another way, say so. This is about seeing how we work together, not a hoop to jump through.
For this role, the exercise would be: Pitch your first 90 days. What would you try, in what order, and how would you know if it worked?
Featured, only if you want. Make something you are proud of and we would love to showcase it, but only with your say-so. Your call, never a condition.
The best people we have met got what Lurio is in about five minutes. We think you will too.
